The Electric Depot project is centered on the revitalization of the old Entergy power plant within the Baton Rouge’s Mid-City neighborhood. The once neglected electrical power plant will be transformed into a state of the art social center featuring 16 residential units and an entertainment venue called Red Stick Social, which features a bowling alley, live music stage and bar, a yoga studio and a healthy foods restaurant. The restoration and improvement of the 42,500 square feet of leasable space within the property will promote community engagement and will provide a common space for leisurely activities for all individuals within the mid-city area. The second phase of the construction process will create an additional 120 residential units.
