Development and Construction
Property development and construction services are executed through our partnership with The Blue House Co. Blue House Construction and Consulting works alongside Kimble Properties LLC and handles all aspects of the development, new construction and renovation stages for the firm. This vertically integrated structure allows Kimble Properties to keep all of their design and development services in house and streamlines these restoration processes.
Property Management
Property management is a central part of our company objective. We are devoted to providing secure, well-kept properties that foster hospitable environments for all of our tenants.
Sustainability
